1. Purpose

Details are separately determined by the guidelines for the practice of job ethics for the implementation of this ethical code.
Executives and employees shall receive audit advice on unclear matters in interpreting and implementing ethical norms and job ethics practice guidelines, and if they are not stipulated in ethical norms and job ethics practice guidelines or disagree with interpretation, the audit office shall interpret and decide.

Efforts are made to provide practical value to customers by providing the highest quality products with the highest priority in customer satisfaction.
3. Co-growth
It guarantees transparent and fair transaction conditions to provide fair opportunities to partner companies and does not use the company's superior status to force or exert influence on unfair behavior.

Chapter 4 Shareholders and Investors
Establish a transparent management system, make fair decisions, and realize legitimate profits through efficient management activities.

Chapter 5 Employees
1. Creating a sound corporate culture
All duties are always committed to creating a sound corporate culture by performing them fairly and reasonably.
2. Fair treatment
Executives and employees shall not be treated unfairly in any case, and opportunities shall be given fairly according to their work ability and qualifications and abilities.
3. Fair performance of duties
Executives and stakeholders perform their duties based on mutual trust and do not take any form of financial interest that may hinder the fairness of judgment in relation to their duties.
By behaving properly according to high ethical values, the company maintains its honor and individual dignity and does not engage in immoral and unethical acts that damage it.
4. PROTECTION OF COMPANY ASSETS
The company's assets must be protected and the company's assets are not used for personal gain.
5. Prevention of workplace sexual harassment

Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions
1. Time of implementation
This Code of Ethics shall come into force as of October 1, 2010.
This Code of Ethics shall be implemented as of June 1, 2013.
